I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. While it is in a decent location and the rooms were fairly clean, I faced numerous issues at check-in which left a sour taste. The service was inconsistent, particularly during my initial interactions, although it improved once I got the necessary help. Overall, it felt a bit chaotic and not as straightforward as it should have been for a hotel stay.
This hotel is small and clean, making it decent for a short stay, especially if you're near the airport. The location is excellent for airport access, but the breakfast is quite basic. I had some issues with mosquitoes due to open windows, and the lift is small, which can be inconvenient for those on higher floors.
I had a very frustrating experience during my check-in, as the receptionist initially refused to honor my prepaid reservation, attempting to charge me three times more. It took a long phone call with customer service to resolve the situation. Although the hotel itself was nice and could have been enjoyable, the unprofessional handling of my arrival really soured my stay. The rooms are small and not well-maintained, leading to multiple room changes during my stay, but the location is convenient if you need to be near the airport.
